Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • I just learned that Graham had passed away when I went to contact him. Graham was a very interesting man with a great sense of humour and someone we will miss. We had not been in touch in recent years which is unfortunate, I guess the lesson is don't delay in reaching out and staying in contact with friends and family. You never know when it will be too late. I got to know Graham through my wife Kathleen (Tassie) who was working on her Master's degree while Graham was working on his. They both had the same advisor. Graham and I shared many interests such as a love of old cars, photography, golden retrievers and hunting. Graham even ventured out to Boissevain on a couple of hunting trips for ducks and geese with Tassie and I. I had tried to contact Graham as I had a number of photos of him working with Tassie on her sheep flock for her Master's degree. I thought perhaps Graham might be interested in some of those images. Linda and family, please accept our sincere sympathy on the loss of Graham. And please contact us by phone or email if you are interested in those images. - Posted by: Glenn (Fitz) Dickson (Friend) on: Apr 06, 2026

  • Gra was one of the most intelligent people, however his humility and creative and artistic talent always found a joy in his life. His love for Linda and all family was his strength but he shared the strength in return. Love you my brother from another mother, you will be in our hearts for as long as we live. Till we meet again, RIP Brad - Posted by: Brad (Cousin) on: Jul 16, 2025

  • I worked with Graham for several years at Lorette Collegiate. We carpooled and he always drove a Mazda with a standard transmission. With a masters degree, Graham was very knowledgeable about his Science courses and was very good at teaching them. Graham was often very unconventional in his approach, but he was well-liked by his students. I found his sometimes off-beat sense of humour to be quite funny. He was also not afraid to speak his opinion and feelings about different topics. My deepest sympathies go out to Linda, Michael, and John and Christine and their family. - Posted by: Roy Eldridge (former friend) on: Jul 13, 2025

  • Linda, Mike and family - I was shocked to hear of Graham’s passing. He was a good man and I know how much he loved you all. You have my deepest sympathy at this time. - Posted by: Carole Beaudry (Friend) on: Jul 12, 2025
